Inspired by the timeless beauty of Maine’s rugged coastline, Sea Road Designs is a heartfelt celebration of nature, creativity, and community. Founded by a passionate artist and educator, our studio creates handcrafted art and unique seashell creations that capture the serenity and magic of the sea.
With a background in Psychology and Education, I spent over two decades nurturing young minds and fostering creativity in the classroom. Retirement brought a new chapter—one defined by my love for art and the transformative power of nature. Our move to Kennebunk, Maine, in 2024, allowed us to immerse ourselves in the coastal wonderland that fuels our inspiration every day.

Much of our work is rooted in the calming influence of the sea—the soothing sound of waves, the negative ions, and the simple beauty of collected shells. What started as beach walks and shell gathering has blossomed into Sea Road Designs, a sanctuary of renewal, purpose, and joy.
My husband, Adam, has been a vital part of this journey—building our business, designing pieces, gathering the finest seashells, and creating carved art that embodies the spirit of our coastal home. Together, we craft pieces that reflect the tranquility, beauty, and endless inspiration of Maine’s coast.
