Overview

I got started 15 years ago when I worked for a maple producer up here in Jackman and thats when I caught the maple bug. By 2010 I was taping my own trees and sending the sap across the road to my friend who boiled it down for me. By 2015 I had the start of my own sugarhouse and boiling for myself and at this point my family was heavily involved in the making of maple syrup. 2017 would bring more changes as we added new and better equipment to make our syrup that much better. I also married the love of my life Rachel Sawyer and now the two of us are busily running the maple farm finding new places to sell our products and new products to add to our growing list. Having spent 15 years in the maple business I have studied under many of the experts to get the best knowledge and experience the industry has to offer.
