Haunting Sounds, Magic Memories
Handcrafted North Country Wind Bells® are all made within Jim and May Davidson's family business on the rugged coast of Maine. They are based on recordings and memories of bell and gong buoys along the East and West Coast. Each bell has its own distinctive sound representing the area for which it is named. Each bell is powder coated with a beautiful texture to last years outdoors. In addition we craft our Garden Guards, bookends and doorstops with a collection of animal silhouettes. Scroll hanger brackets are handmade with a new designs including lighthouses, moose and bear, loon and whales! These brackets are excellent for hanging North Country Wind Bells as well as a favorite plant! Member Bio:
This is a family story, begun by Jim and May Davidson on the craggy Maine Coast. In the small town of Round Pond they, their family and neighbors craft wind bells that echo the distinctive and familiar tones of coastal and harbor bells and Wilderness Bells in the shape of an evergreen trees as well as a Lighthouse Bell, resonating "Haunting Sounds, Magic Memories".
