In 1954, Ann and John DiSanto (hence 'Anjon's") saved enough money to buy an old fried seafood shack on Route 1 in Scarborough, Maine. Using their life savings to purchase this property, and both going back to work for three years to purchase the needed equipment, Anjon's opened for business in 1957.

Today, the DiSanto family has continued the Anjon's legacy, and enjoying Anjon's Gourmet Pasta Sauce is like having dinner on Sunday at Ann's house. Category:
